I’m a member of Gizman by mangpong, can I collect/redeem points for online purchases?

Our points system for ‘Gizman by mangpong’ stores and ‘Gizman Gadgets’ website is currently not synchronized. We are working hard to integrate the two systems and will give you an update once this is completed.  

Can I place order without joining as a member?

Yes you can, just follow the checkout process as a guest

How do I use coupon codes?

You can apply your coupon code in the last page of the checkout process to receive your discounts.

What are the available payment methods?

You can make payments by:

  • Credit Card
  • Bank Transfer (please attach payment slip after making the transfer)
  • QR code payment

What are your delivery methods?

  • EMS: ThailandPost
  • Kerry (Within Bangkok Municipality only)
  • Gizman Prime Delivery – immediate cash-on-delivery service within Bangkok using third-party messenger services (e.g. Grab, LINE MAN, Lalamove). Customers pay delivery fee in cash to third-party partner upon delivery.

Saturday and Sunday: 09.00AM – 05.00PM

There are issues with my product, how do I make claims?

  1. Go to ‘Warranty’
  2. Search for your Brand
  3. Directly contact the brand’s company using contact details provided

You may also submit your details in the Warranty Form and we will reach out to the brand’s company for you. However, the turnaround time will be slower than directly contacting the brand’s company.

Proof of purchase, such as order number and serial number, is required to verify eligibility during warranty period of the product.

Can I request a Full Tax Invoice with Corporate Address?

Yes you can, please indicate this in the checkout process – located under ‘Billing Address’
